I am so thankful!

I love this project! It's been fun going back through photos and memories and jotting them down. I am glad that I decided to do it this year.
Ok-now on to the pictures!

I have decided to do Cathy Zielske's 30 days of Thankful album (Go here!). I have more than 30 things to be thankful for in the month of November so it will be hard to narrow it down.

Great book!

This was such a great book. I loved the plot twist and turns. The romance was a little much bit the rest of the book made up for it!

Don't Say A WordDon't Say A Word by Barbara Freethy
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I LOVED this book! It was a fast read with a few plot twists and turns. It was my first Barbara Freethy book--I've got to check out more of her stuff.

YIKES!

The price of fuel just keeps going up and up. I wish it were warmer so I could ride my bike all over town.

This is so cool! I am doing Project Life 2011 and love this idea of sharing every Tuesday.

I'll have to go back and link it up to her blog then check out everyone else's blogs. FUN!!

Dammage! I hate cars

I came out yesterday morning to this. Bleh!!

Good thing Aaron knows how to remove a flat. Now I just need to take it in and get it fixed. I hate cars!! I should probably get it washed too.

Every dog needs a BOY

I love this picture of Zane and Buddy. We have only had Buddy for 3 weeks but it feels like he has been a part of our family forever. Zane loves this guy, we are so happy we found him

Christmas Cards 2010

I love this idea! I am so happy that one of my favorite scrappers, Laura Vegas (Laura's Blog) shared this idea with us scrappers. I did it last year Christmas Cards 2009 and just finished this years. Such a cool way to keep the pictures from all the Christmas cards we get.
Here is the front of the folder. I took my favorite pictures from our session and uploaded them to Costco, made a collage and then had it printed. It was super cheap! I'm going to have to do it again. I used Making Memories Noel collection for the entire thing. Wish I had bought all of the accessories, this line is CUTE!

This is the inside of the folder. I couldn't cut up a couple of the cards, they were just too cute to cut into pieces. My favorite card this year was from the Lloyd family. They are so creative and funny!

This is the back. A handmade card that I love and our Christmas card along with a card that wouldn't fit on the inside.

I already put this in our album. I'm starting to get my creativeness back!!

January 2

I'm a little sad, I am going back to work tomorrow after having 2 weeks off. Happy to have the time, but sad to go back and then happy to have a job to go back to. We had a nice two weeks off together. I didn't get all my "to do's" crossed off my list but I got a few and that's ok.

All of Christmas is coming down today. I need to refocus on the living room and get it back in order. I have a nice spot to put out our Project Life album so that we can all take part in getting our memories into it. Last year I had it in my scrap area and it didn't get done, now I am going to put it in our living space so we can see it daily. I don't want that out-of-sight, out-of-mind mentality this year.

My photo for January 1:
I know this was already posted on this blog--but this is going to be the first picture to start off this fun family album.
